e-mobility with E-VOTION
SYNFLEX and Schwering & Hasse have been successful suppliers in the automotive field for many years. The current electromobility megatrend and the accompanying changed requirements in the automotive field also require new approaches from suppliers.
For this reason, SYNFLEX und Schwering & Hasse have brought into being their joint E-VOTION business unit.
The selected term 'E-VOTION' links emotion, evolution and motion, and conceptually symbolizes what the new business unit stands for. With emotion and passion, the business unit is facing changed requirements in the automotive field in the area of electric drives, which is to say the next stage of evolution after the combustion engine, in order for drive, i.e. motion, to continue to be guaranteed.
The aim of E-VOTION is to offer automotive customers an electrical insulation system tailored to his/her needs, from enamelled copper wire, through all types of insulation material, to the impregnating resin needed for his/her respective application in the main drive. Thus the supply chain of automotive OEMs and tier 1 suppliers working in this field can be crucially trimmed and process costs can ideally be minimized.
In addition to the collaboration between SYNFLEX and Schwering & Hasse, E-VOTION can also be seen as a collaborative platform with other selected partners. Thanks to the intensive collaboration between the premium producers involved from the winding industry, E-VOTION customers will gain direct access to the respective product creation process. The special, sometimes project-dependent, features of the customer can be taken into account at the earliest possible stage by the companies collaborating in E-VOTION. Here E-VOTION becomes a development and innovation partner for its customers.

In all phases of the product creation process, from concept development to series production, technical expertise is available to the E-VOTION customer at the component level. The systems, technically optimized by E-VOTION, are tailored to the customer through continuous dialogue. The synergies resulting from the combination of selected premium producers and Synflex, the system supplier, are also actively used in the field of research & development. Our own research projects, some in collaboration with universities and other research establishments, directly benefit the customers' development processes.
