SHXLife® 220 Flat is designed for demanding applications in electrified drives in e-mobility – especially where high voltage levels above 800V meet limited installation space. Based on a modified PAI insulation system, this wire offers outstanding partial discharge resistance while maintaining a reduced insulation thickness for highly compact winding geometries The special enamel system ensures high partial discharge resistance while also enabling an extremely compact winding due to its low insulation strength – with consistently high electrical strength. This compact insulation allows for higher copper fill ratios, increasing winding density without compromising insulation performance. SHXLife® 220 Flat is designed for system voltages from 800 V and supports the development of long-lasting, efficient motors.
