Les diamètres des fils de cuivre émaillés et les tolérances de résistance électrique sont des facteurs importants dans la conception des moteurs électriques, des transformateurs et des générateurs.
En plus d'une large gamme de matériaux pour les systèmes d'isolation électrique, nous proposons également des fils émaillés depuis plus de 50 ans, adaptés à vos besoins individuels.

Fils de cuivre émaillés, ronds :
Vous pouvez choisir parmi une large gamme de dimensions et de propriétés SynWire : entre autres, des diamètres allant de 0,053 à 6,00 mm, soudables, thermo-résistants, auto-adhésifs ou auto-lubrifiants.
Fils d'aluminium émaillés, ronds :
Les fils d'aluminium émaillés ronds font également partie de la gamme de produits - dimensions standard entre 1,25 mm et 5 mm. Vous avez besoin d'autres dimensions ? Il suffit de nous contacter.
Fils plats :
Les fils plats émaillés sont disponibles dans plus de 300 dimensions différentes - de 2,0 × 0,8 à 20,0 × 5,0 mm, en cuivre ou en aluminium.
Types spéciaux
Self-bonding wires :
Nos fils auto-collants avec une couche supplémentaire de thermosetting à base de polyamide peuvent être collés à chaud ou avec un solvant. Cela confère aux fils une plus grande stabilité thermique et mécanique ainsi qu'une résistance chimique. L'imprégnation à l'aide d'un agent d'imprégnation ou d'un composé de potage n'est donc plus nécessaire.
Fils de bobinage auto-lubrifiants :
Pour améliorer le traitement des fils, nous avons développé un fil dans lequel la couche de revêtement supérieure est également une couche fonctionnelle à faible friction. En conséquence, le fil de bobinage peut être parfaitement enroulé, il y a moins de contamination de l'équipement et moins de contraintes mécaniques dans le processus de bobinage. Les propriétés de glissement plus élevées ont également un effet positif démontrable sur les propriétés d'isolation du film de revêtement. De plus, vous obtenez des facteurs de remplissage nettement plus élevés dans votre application, car les fils de bobinage sont parfaitement répartis et il n'est pas nécessaire d'appliquer de la paraffine.
Fils émaillés recouverts :
Outre les nombreuses spécifications de fils de cuivre et d'aluminium émaillés, de nombreux clients demandent des fils recouverts de différentes dimensions. Notre production interne flexible est conçue pour répondre à ces exigences - notre savoir-faire dans le domaine des matériaux isolants constitue un avantage supplémentaire.
