WEVOSIL 22027 FL
  • Excellent flowability, low viscosity - also suitable for full encapsulation
  • High continuous temperature stability up to +180 °C
  • Short-term peaks up to >1,000 °C ("thermal runaway" in batteries)
  • UL 94 V-0 (1 mm); UL classification as thin coating on aluminium
  • Safety coating/encapsulation of battery cells or parts in their vicinity
  • No toxic or electrically conductive combustion residues, only insulating silicon dioxide
WEVOSIL 22006 FL
  • Operating temperature range from -60 °C to +180 °C
  • Low viscosity for good flow behaviour
  • Good mechanical and electrical properties
  • UL certification (all colour registrations)
  • Suitable for ATEX applications
  • Encapsulation of all types of electronics
  • Encapsulation of transformers
  • Encapsulation of battery packs
WEVOSIL 22066 FL
  • Generally similar properties to WEVOSIL 22006 FL
  • Improved thermal conductivity: 0.8 W/m-K (from 0.6 W/m-K)
