Purpose, Legal Grounds, Categories of Recipients, Duration of Storage of Personal Data

Purpose: Presentation of the company, provision of services and/or sale of products and communication via the Internet.

The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about products and services of our group of companies, combined with the option for users to get in touch with our contact persons in a targeted manner.

Furthermore, we process personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR for the processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
  • Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. b GDPR for the processing of personal data necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with the data subject and for carrying out relevant pre-contractual measures.
  • Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. c GDPR for the processing of personal data necessary for the fulfillment of a statutory obligation to which we are subject according to any applicable EU law or according to any applicable law of a country in which the GDPR fully or partially applies.
  • Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR for the processing of personal data necessary to protect legitimate interests of our company or of third parties, except where such interests are overridden by the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. Legitimate interests are, in particular, our business interests in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with further legal provisions.

For this purpose, we use service providers that are separately bound to secrecy and to data protection within the scope of rendering these services. Data is disclosed to authorities exclusively where legal regulations take precedence.

When you visit the website, a connection is established with your browser. The following information obtained is temporarily stored in system files and automatically collected: the IP address of your device, date and time of access, name and URL of files accessed, website from which access was occurs or from which you were directed to our site (referrer URL), browser used and, if applicable, your device's operating system and the name of your provider.

The specified data is processed by us for the purposes of smoothly establishing a connection and ensuring system security. The resulting connection data is automatically deleted after two months. If the website is misused, the log data, the further storage of which is required for purposes of evidence, will be retained until the incident has been resolved.

Contact inquiry

When the contact form is used, we collect and store the name, phone number and e-mail address for the purpose of answering your inquiry. The form of address, first name, company, postal code and city are optional. For erasure and your right to access, please refer to information under "Right to access and erasure".

Newsletter

For the use of our published newsletter, require an e-mail address, along with information allowing us to verify that you are the owner of the given e-mail address or that the owner agrees to receive the newsletter. No additional data is collected. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address as well as their use in sending out the newsletter, at any time.

Your right to access, rectification, erasure, revocation and data portability

You can exercise your right to access, rectification and erasure of data at any time. Simply contact us using the ways described above.
