Choosing the right material is crucial to the success of your project. That is why we not only offer a wide range of well-known materials such as Nomex®, Kapton®, Mylar®, Teonex® and Hostaphan® , but also actively support you in selecting and developing specific material combinations. Should the material you require not yet be available, we will work closely with you to develop bespoke solutions that meet your requirements. From material procurement through cutting, die-cutting or laser cutting to forming, we offer the full range of manufacturing capabilities to ensure that your requirements are met to the highest standard.
We have concentrated our expertise in stamped components at our centre of excellence and production facility in Schramberg in the Black Forest. Here, across an area of more than 4,000 square metres and with staff who have decades of experience , we are able to expertly implement your project.

Tool-free prototyping
Take advantage of our rapid prototyping service , which meets mass-production quality standards and enables us to offer you a straightforward initial sampling service via our express service (subject to availability and production capacity). This allows you to test materials and design concepts as early as the prototyping phase of a new development.
Equipped with our technically sophisticated and complex all-in-one laser system, our production centre offers cutting, marking and micro-perforation functions, as well as a separate laminating and de-meshing station
. Paper, PET film, polypropylene film and Teonex® are just a few examples of the materials that can be processed on the system.
Quality assurance and UL testing carried out by our in-house testing laboratory, SynLab®
Our in-house testing laboratory, SynLab®, guarantees the quality of our products for maximum reliability. SynLab® focuses on a wide range of in-process and quality-control tests
to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. We are proud that our plant in Schramberg is certified to the renowned IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
standards, which underlines our commitment to upholding the highest quality standards.
The SynLab® is also part of the UL Third Party Data Test Programme. As such, we at SynFlex carry out projects for our customers in accordance with UL 1446. We offer you a comprehensive
project service and assist you with testing the materials you use.

in North America. It ensures that your electrical insulation systems meet the necessary
