Strategic Focus: IsoTek joins the delfortgroup
With this announcement, we wish to inform you of a strategic realignment within our company: we have decided to sell our subsidiary, IsoTek GmbH of Möckmühl.
This step is part of our long-term corporate strategy: by focusing on SynFlex’s own core business, we are creating the conditions to deploy our resources and expertise even more effectively and to offer our customers and partners the greatest possible added value.
IsoTek GmbH will continue on its path under new ownership – we are convinced that this opens up positive prospects for all involved.
